Job Requirements:
Possess an associates degree or equivalent from a two year college or technical school.
One year of Mortgage Origination or Sales experience in the UAE.
Homebuilder experience a plus
Be detail-oriented with excellent communication and organization skills
Have exceptional follow up and customer service skills
Be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
Have knowledge of general accounting principles and familiarity with real estate and mortgage terminology
Knowledge of Arabic will be a plus!

Job Description:
You will be accountable for originating loans within designated builder communities, real estate companies and managing a pipeline through underwriting, processing, closing and post-closing.
Generate and maintain communication between the builder, and/ or agent and the mortgage company
Maintaining a satisfactory closing/ backlog capture ratio and expected customer satisfaction levels based on Company standards.
Advising and educating prospective borrowers and existing borrowers regarding programs, rates and documentation requirements, performing pre-qualifications for prospective customers on an as needed basis and submitting complete mortgage applications by conducting a thorough telephone and or personal interview with the customer.

Salary will be 5k + Commission.
Candidate should be within 35 years of age.
